These offer the quickest way to lowering a beam axle Beetle. Nice and easy to fit, they lower a car by approx 2.5 inches. They also push the front wheels out by around 0.5 inches on ball joint models. This can cause clearance problems on cars fitted with wide alloy wheels. Sold in pairs so just fit these and away you go. Please note that the 1965 onwards with disc brakes ahve no holes for back plates
