For new motors with blue wiring The Black wire is the earth wire / terminal 31, the Blue/White wire is the slow speed / terminal 53, the Blue/Red wire is the fast speed / terminal 53b, the Plain Blue wire is park / terminal 53a and the Blue/Black wire is the park link / terminal 31b/53e.
