The EMPI Classic Baja Exhaust System is a performance-focused upgrade for air-cooled engines, featuring 1.5” tubing that delivers excellent ground clearance and increased horsepower. Designed for 1300–1600cc and larger mildly tuned motors, it bolts directly to the heads, eliminating the need for heater boxes and simplifying installation.
Supplied with a 3-bolt flange gasket and all necessary hardware, this mild steel system comes coated in protective black 'transport' paint. For extended durability, it’s recommended to apply a heat-resistant coating. The included single quiet pack muffler ensures a balanced sound profile, making it ideal for both street and off-road use.
